Shipping Policy Domestic Customers - all orders are packaged with great care, shipped & insured via Federal Express to locations within the United States.
Shipping Schedule - Monday thru Friday. All orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Delivery Time - 1to 5 Business days (Mon thru Fri)
International Customers - Australia, Canada, Europe or New Zealand - please contact me directly via e-mail or phone for shipping rates. The online shopping cart does not calculate International shipping rates at this time.
- All other countries There are a number of US-based Package Forwarding Services that can provide you with an address in the United States to have your order shipped. The Service then will forward your order anywhere in the world for the cost of shipping and a small fee. We do recommend purchasing insurance for your International shipment as we cannot guarantee against breakage once your package leaves your US shipping address.
In-Stock Items - Items ship within 2 business days; - All sales are final: Food items are non- refundable
Sold Out Item or Special Orders Important Note: If your event is less than 8 weeks away, you should purchase in-stock items only. Our sugar is a entirely handmade which does requires 8 weeks to produce. This timeframe applies to all out of stock or special ordered items under 50 boxes in size. Generally, wait time for orders over 50 boxes require an additional week for every additional 25 boxes ordered. Ordering sold out or special order sugars: - Contact us by phone (949) 716-3379 or e-mail, not via website; - If the item is a custom color not normally stocked, bulk sugar or an International shipment, your credit card will be charged a 50% non-refundable deposit with balance being charged at time of shipment; otherwise all other items will be charged when your item ships; - Approximate shipment date will be given at time of order; - All sales are final: Food items are non- refundable
Tracking Your Shipment - you will receive an e-mail to confirm order once it has been received and another e-mail with the expected arrival date of your package once your order has shipped. Lost or Damaged Items: Rest assured we take great care in packaging your order for shipment. However, there are times when even the best efforts cannot withstand improper carrier handling. Should an item be lost or damaged we will make it right by replacing or refunding the item! There are two simple steps you need to take:
That's all there is to it! Once the carrier has picked up the package and confirmed the damage, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you or refund your purchase price. This process usually takes 7-10 days depending upon the carrier. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will let us make things right. Return Policy:
We do not accept any returns on Food Items or Special Orders. All non-food items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in same condition as received. Refund of purchase price will be applied to credit card minus shipping upon receipt of non-food items. Cost of return shipping is not refundable.
