Shipping Policy All orders are packaged with great care and shipped via Federal Express to locations within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International Customers - Although we do not ship internationally, there are a number of US-based Package Forwarding Services that can provide you with an address in the United States to have your order shipped. The Service then will forward your order anywhere in the world for the cost of shipping and a small fee. We do recommend purchasing insurance for your International shipment as we cannot guarantee against breakage once your package leaves your US shipping address.
Express shipping - available upon request. Please contact us via e-mail to obtain shipping rates and place order. Shopping Cart does not calculate Express Shipping. In-Stock Items - ships within 2 business days. If your order contains both in-stock and backorder or special order items you can select to have all items shipped at one time or elect to have multiple shipments as items become available. Multiple shipments will include a separate shipping charge for each package.
Sold Out Items - Keeping this unique product in-stock can be challenging since handmade sugar takes time to create ~ 35 days to be exact. Sold Out Items will ships within 5 weeks. Expected shipping date will be sent to you via e-mail once your order is processed. ** Please allow adequate time for us to make & ship your sugars. We always hate to disappoint, but this is a one of a kind, handmade sugar which requires time to produce. If your event is less than 6 weeks away, you should choose in-stock items only ** Special Order - ships within 5-8 weeks. Large orders over 50 boxes should inquire as to shipment timeframes as they will require at least 8 weeks or more due to the handmade nature of the product.
Weekend or Holiday - We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders received on Friday or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Shipment - You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order has been received and another one with package tracking information once your order has shipped. Should you misplace the confirmation or tracking information simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Lost Items Lost or Damaged Items: Rest assured we take great care in packaging your order for shipment. However, there are times when even the best efforts cannot withstand improper carrier handling. Should an item be lost or damaged we will make it right by replacing or refunding the item! There are two simple steps you need to take:
That's all there is to it! Once the carrier has picked up the package and confirmed the damage, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you or refund your purchase price. This process usually takes 7-10 days depending upon the carrier. We appreciate your understanding and hope you will let us make things right. Returns Return Policy:
We do not accept any returns on Food Items or Special Orders. All non-food items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in same condition as received. Refund of purchase price will be applied to credit card minus shipping upon receipt of non-food items. Cost of return shipping is not refundable.
