Shipping Policy
We ship all orders Federal Express or UPS within
the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at
this time. Simply select a carrier during the checkout process
and the appropriate shipping rates will be calculated. We will
not charge you credit card until your order has shipped.
In-Stock Items - ships
within 2 business days. If your order contains both in-stock and
backorder or special order items you can select to have all items shipped
at one time or elect to have multiple shipments as items become available.
Multiple shipments will include a separate shipping charge for each
package.
Backorder Items - ships
within 1-3 weeks. Expected shipping dates are listed in the
description and restated upon checkout.
Special Order - ships
within 4 weeks.
Sugar Club - ships the
first week of March, June, September and December. Orders can be split and
shipped to multiple addresses. Shipping cost will apply to each
additional address.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
- your order can be shipped to
multiple addresses. Each address will have a separate shipping
charge based upon weight and destination. This option is great
for gift giving and Sugar Club members!!
Weekend or Holiday
- We
do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders received on Friday
or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Shipment
- You will receive an e-mail with your
package tracking information once your order has shipped. Should you
misplace the tracking information simply
contact us
and we will be happy to assist you.
Damaged or
Lost Items
Rest assured we take great care in
packaging your order for shipment. However, even the best efforts
cannot withstand improper carrier handling. Should an item be lost
or damaged we will make it right by replacing or refunding the
item!
There are just two
simple steps you will need to take:

Notify
us immediately should an item
become damaged or lost during transit to request a replacement or refund.

It is
essential that you keep all packaging and damaged
items to assist us in making a claim on your behalf with
the carrier. They will need to pick-up the package to confirm the
damage. Without this confirmation we will
not be able to replace or refund your item.
That's all
there is to it! Once the carrier has picked up the package and confirmed the
damage, we will reship your order at no additional cost to
you just as quickly as possible. This process usually takes
7-10 days depending upon the carrier.
