I love to hear from my customers!  So, whether you have a question about availability, shipping or a special order, please feel comfortable contacting me. 

I do all the processing of orders in the morning so if you get the voicemail, please leave a message and I will return your call in the afternoon or evening.  E-Mail is the best and quickest method to get a response the same day, especially if you live outside the Pacific time zone. 

My business hours are Monday thru Friday from 10am to 4pm Pacific time.  If you need a return call after business hours,  simply leave a detailed message with the best time to reach you and your time zone.  I'll do my best to call you back during that time if at all possible.  I look forward to helping you find just the right sugar for your next special celebration.
